- I am looking for my daughter, who was adopted at 24 days old. Date Of Birth is 02/11/84, born in the Heath hospital Cardiff, she lived with a foster mum in Cwmbran for about 2 weeks and then was adopted by Ann and Dylan Jon**, who lived in the Mold or Wrexham area of North Wales. I think he was a civil servant. They already had one adopted son, Dominec who was about 3 years old at the time. I have photos of them. The adoption was arranged by the Catholic Children's Society. I named my daughter Stephanie Ann Thom**, I have no idea if her name was changed or if she was even told she was adopted.
