- I am looking for my daughter who was born in February 1978 her mum was Jeanette R****** of Aspull Near Wigon. I was not allowed any contact with my daughter or her mum after she was born. It is my belief that my daughter was born in Buxton - but I cannot be sure. I was given no information whatsoever - other than sex. I know she was adopted - having spoken to her birth mum 15 or so years ago.
