- I have been told that I was taken away from you when I was a very small child. You went on to have a son whom was adopted. He has found me, but I did not know he existed his name is Paul now. I do not know his birth name. I was told I was never allowed to find you, but unsure why this is. I have also been told by my foster parents that you moved to America and did not want to have contact with me. The social services will not allow me to read my records as they say it is not within my interests. This makes me more curious. Even if you do not want to see me please at least let me know you are my mother. It has effected my life for ever, I just need to know where I come from. I have spent my life in foster care, I am now on my own with three grown up kids not knowing where they come from. You have twin grandaughters and a grandson.
