- My half sister was born Samantha Rebecca L** in February 1984 at Wythenshaure maternity hospital Manchester. Her mum and my mum was called Jacqueline Ding** born 12th July 1955 Knutsford and died in Macclesfield 3rd February 1997 of liver failure. My sister''s dad was called Terance L**. My mother was not allowed to keep Samantha as she was convicted on three occasions of harming my brother Mark Smi** and myself we were put on the Cheshire at risk register in 1979 before my father Roger Smi** was allowed us in 1981 where Mark and I rehomed in Plymouth with him. I have not seen my mum since 1979 but have recently found out I have a half sister.
