- Matthew I have tried so many times to find you. I have hoped with each passing year you have lead a happy life. I know Marjorie and George would have given you everything I was unable to give you. I hope one day you will understand why I agreed to have you adopted. I want you to know it wasn\\'t because I didn\\'t want you or love you. Love was all I had but that wasn\\'t going to feed and clothe you or put a roof over our heads. It was because I literally had nothing to support myself and even less to support you.
