- I am desperately trying to find any of my real family. I was born on 24/03/1944 and adopted 3 months later. I was born in Peel Street Hospital in Nottingham. Can anyone help or provide any assistance in how I can trace my family. My adoption certificate only shows my adoptive father registered me. No birth certificate can be found as I do not know any details of my real parents.
