He is my Uncle on my mother's side. My grandmother died recently and useful dates and information were lost with her. Her name was Ellen Jane W******* and she was born in 1917. At the time of the adoption she lived in Amlwch - Anglesey. I believe he was adopted either immediately or very shortly after the Birth. My grandmother died recently and useful dates and information were lost with her. All my mother knows is that he was adopted to a family in South Wales - but is unsure as to whether they changed his name or not. Unfortuantely my mother was sent away to relatives in the later stages of the pregnancy and cannot remember when it was as she was quite young at the time.

- I am trying to find my uncle - Paul W******* - who was adopted between 1954 and 1959. Born in North Wales - to Ellen Jane W******* - probably in Bangor - he was adopted by a family in South Wales either at birth or very shortly after. I don't know the exact date of birth as my mother (his older sister) was very young at the time and does not remember any details.
