My name at Birth was Jane Ann P********. After adoption it was changed to Ana Luisa Esquiv**. My Birth Mother was working in advertising for a while (after my Birth) and later married. I believe that she married a catholic and converted to catholicism. I believe that she lived with her faimily in Clapham up to that point. She was about nineteen/twenty when she gave Birth to me. My father was said to be American. Targets Place of Birth: Clapham - LondonFurther Details: My Birth mother gave Birth to me at the South London Hospital for Women in Clapham. Her brother/sister's family were to adopt me - but then changed their minds. I was then adopted by Dr Janet E******* - who was - I believe - the family doctor at the time. My Grandfather (my Birth Mother's father) had been a prisoner of war under the Japanese and was in a delicate state of health. The family continued to live in Clapham for some time after my Birth.

- Personal Message
- I just wish to contact my birth mother to assure her that the decision that she made (perhaps under some pressure at the time) was the right one - I have had a wonderful life - and my adopted mother was an incredible person. She died some years ago and I will miss her always. If Berenice wants to communicate with me or see me - that would be OK - but if not (it may be difficult now with a new family) that is OK too. Just want her to know that everything is - and was - fine and she should not look back with too many regrets.
