- The date of birth may be 1953 but as far as I know it is definitely December. He worked on the QE2 in the 70's and then another cruise ship in 1978. Family was originally from Scotland but lived in Lincoln in 1970's and apparently moved back to Scotland year of my birth . Mum Margaret, Dad Ron and two sisters.
